Shipping Policy

At Indlyf Green Coffee, we make every effort to prepare, pack and ship all orders (for in-stock items) within 1-2 business days (24-48 Hours) of orders being placed through www.indlyf.com & after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 7 PM IST on Saturday and Sunday will not ship until the following Monday when company resumes for the week. Our business hours of operation are 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (IST) Monday – Saturday, excluding National holidays. We dispatch the orders within 24-48 hours from the date of receipt of order and payment through courier/speed post to be delivered to the customer within 7 to 15 working days. We provide details to the customers with an approximate date for the delivery and will ensure the shipment is sent out on time. In case of delays in shipment, the customer can always contact Indlyf Green Coffee. Delays could be caused due to factors such as import of the products, courier partner and availability. All products undergo brand code verification, at times this could cause a delay in delivery, and delays could also be caused due to a discrepancy in the order. Indlyf Green Coffee strives to ensure all orders are sent out on time and all customers get their products within the speculated time duration. To receive your order on time, please ensure you provide us with complete billing details along with the correct pin code and telephone/mobile number. It is required for a person to be present to collect the order and sign the shipment receipt at the time of delivery. A customer might have to bear additional shipping charges if not present at the first attempt of delivery. It is advised to inform security/reception/neighbours about the expected delivery in order to avoid the extra shipping fee. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be redirected to a new address. In case this needs to be done, one might have to cancel the order and place a new one thus bearing shipping and handling charges for the first order. Indlyf Green Coffee aims at providing accurate images, the final product might differ in looks. We have attempted to supply the product as accurate as possible and slight change of design, colour or model will not affect the performance, efficiency or accuracy of the product in any manner.

Return Policy

Green Coffee Beans Extract is confident about the product. All products are Natural Organic and FSSAI Certified.

If you feel Green Coffee Beans Extract is not working for you, all you need to do is return the unopened ziplock bag along with the details of the purchase. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order Returns Instructions: Please follow the following instructions in order for us to process your return in a seamless manner.
